Refund & Return Policy

Refund Policy
All project sales are final. Due to the personalized nature of these items, refunds are not available once work has begun.

If a cancellation is requested before any design work has started, a full refund may be issued. However, once design has started, a $100 fee will be charged to cover time and design services already provided.

Return Policy Summary
Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment on non-personalized items. Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable. If an item arrives damaged, a replacement will be sent. Returns are not accepted for change-of-mind purchases.

Shipping & Return Policy
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees related to returns or exchanges. If an item is damaged during transit, a replacement will be provided; however, the customer may be responsible for return shipping of the damaged item if requested.

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
